Satisfaction Services

Hello,

Has anyone had any recent contact with Satisfaction Services? I have tried emailing and calling, both to no avail. I completed a shop in February and have always been paid like clockwork on April 1st from them. Have not seen a check so far this month. Have others gotten paid? Thanks!

@turfman .. Any payment yet? I contacted Jon Kasman [thanks, HonnyBrown!] on 04/07, and received a timely response. He explained that the client for whom I conducted the assignment is served from the Florida office, and he provided their toll-free number. I called them this morning, leaving a detailed voicemail message.

@Opanel...no payment here. I also contacted Jon and he told me the same thing. I have called them everyday since Monday. Only left a message on Monday but still no call back. I have also emailed two of the Florida schedulers...crickets.....I am starting to get a wee bit nervous especially since the job I competed was over $800....

I hope the "owner" on paper is not like her dad.

@turfman .. The Florida office of Satisfaction Services never returned my call of 04/09. I will call them again today, and then I will send another email to jon.kasman@satisfactionservicesinc.com as soon as I place the call. I'll keep you posted.

Just to keep the Forum updated ...

I received an email from Mickie Albert on 04/14/20, indicating that shoppers would be paid for February assignments when the restrictions against non-essential businesses is lifted, and they can get into the office to process payroll..

I received a voicemail message from one of their schedulers a couple of days ago, but I haven't returned her call just yet. Apparently there are open opportunities available.

I received payment today for the assignment that I had conducted on 02/22/20 for Satisfaction Services.
