My DD usually posts on 4/14 and an email went out Friday at 4:30 pm from ISG/Stericycle stating that direct deposit had been canceled for this month and I would need to resubmit my info for next month. I'm disturbed that the message was sent so late before payday and the sender apparently left for the weekend, not responding to calls or emails until today. Some people may have automatic payments set up to pay close to dd day.
What's even worse is that dd was supposed to have been changed to a new system the beginning of this year. I sent my info in as instructed last year. In January, I sent an email asking about the new system and I was ignored. This is not the time to delay paying people.
