Maritz/Ipsos payroll 4/15

We received an email. Go to your Ipsos acct, and provide your Paypal email on payment methods. I guess the e check thingy wasn't popular.

Idid that...and confirmed the paypal email address....how long will it take? The date in the Maritz/Ipsos site shows the direct deposit as 4/14.
Ipsos/Maritz website shows payment made on 4/13 for shops completed March 18, but no payment is shown in either my bank account or PayPal account as of 4/17. I have never had a payment delay with either company in the past. It would have been nice to have received payment on time, but I will not be worried unless payment is not received by end of April.
No record on Maritz website for shop completed 3/18.
I did see something about they were making PayPal payments on or about 4/27 for March shops. I actually don't recall if it was an e-mail ("Fast Fred", or whatever the mascot is), or an announcement on the website. Can't find it now, anyway.

I got an Email "IPSOS has sent you a payment"
from Chase pay on April 16 This was after I got the PayPal email change and i signed up on April 15 for it . Payment was in my account April 17

Finally got paid today for the shops Maritz/Iosos processed 3/16-31. They actually sent two payments via the Chase process used previously. I hope the 3/27 payment is paypal.... I think the 3/27 payment is supposed to be for those shops M/I processed 4/1-15. I actually completed about 20 in late March, but I am pretty sure they were not sent to the client (processed) until early April because I still was receiving requests for data on most of them....M/I has always been solid vis-a-vis payroll...but I get nervous regarding $ these days, as most of us are.....
Ipsos still hasn't paid me for February. The don't answer my calls and on email the just send me to another person..
I still haven't been paid from February. Ipsos was 13 days late on the first check and now twenty-two days late on the second check. The don't answer the phone and don't answer my emails. The just keep shuffling me from on person to another. Never had this problem with Maritz. They owe me $530 dollars.

I don't think they are ripping off anyone. You are talking about Maritz, right? Can't you still call Team 9 (Admin) re: payments?
No I am talking about Ipsos. I worked for Maritz for years and never had a problem.
Tried all of the extensions. They don't pickup.
No one is in their office....emails are preferred, or so they say...calls only get you to a voice mail, sometimes.
Hey Mike, Maritz is now IPSOS as well and so there lies the confusion from previous posters (as this is a Maritz/IPSOS thread). GFK also switched to IPSOS.
It is indeed a bit confusing. But since IPSOS is such a huge global company involved in so many aspects of market research, I would be surprised if you didn't get paid eventually. Sorry for your difficulties.

What does your pay history say? Do any of the shops say "hold pay", or did they all go to "ok to pay", then get listed on a payment page?
The only time IPSOS was late on a payment to me, there was a glitch in my PayPal, and I had to correct that. After I corrected that, I receive my payment immediately.
When you write them about pay, do you include all the info off the pay statement, date, #, job # ID, all that stuff? That's what they needed from me in order to get the payments corrected.

Does anyone know if the Maritz side of IPSOS is still going to require sending in an invoice?? I've only done two or three shops a year for them because of the need to do the invoice, plus the paper check scenario. I'm so glad they've gone to Paypal on the Maritz side now. Just wondering if they are still requiring an invoice to be sent in as well. TIA!

Well, Frankly Freddie answered my question in Friday's email that I think went out to a bunch of shoppers. No more invoices necessary....YAY!
Still crickets here. No indication on the website of payment having been processed/in the process; no direct deposit in bank, no e-mail from PayPal.
