UPDATE - The current payroll run has been completed - those with direct deposit (Canada) should see the approved invoices, with payment pending for the 30th. Those paid by cheque are in the mail - now in the hands of the postal gods.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
With the upcoming Payroll/Reimbursement run underway, we are fully on track to complete this as we do each month. If you submitted your work invoice for any assignments completed in March (or earlier), within the first 5 days of April, then this payroll run is on track for completion by April month end.
Due to our current workload/staffing, we simply do not have the ability to handle calls and emails asking for status on shopper pay at this time.
Please note that during this process of preparing the direct deposit batch or the printing of cheques your invoice will disappear from your web view for a short time. Once the direct deposit batch has been run and the cheques are printed, your paid invoice will come back into your web view. This is a normal process, thus nothing is wrong if your invoice is not visible within your online account during this time.
For all completed March work that has been invoiced, your paycheque or direct deposit (Canada only) will be processed on or before April 30th.
If you completed any work in the month of April 2020, please ensure that you log into your shopper account and invoice for this work between May 1st and May 5th. This too is fully underway and on track to be completed at the end of May. If you have any work completed in previous months that has not yet been invoiced, then be sure to do this during the May 1-5 window and it too will be processed at the end of May.
