Will Gas Stations from Maritz CX (now Ipsos) start up again on May 1st?

I'm trying to file an unemployment claim under the Cares act. The commission rejected the claim because I don't have the name of the person I worked for at Maritz. Does anyone have the name of an individual supervisor?

MDavis, Independent Contractor/shoppers have been successful filing a claim by listing themselves as "employer". Listing MSC and supervisor names as the last person worked for, will muddy the waters.

If you were an IC for Maritz your employer was you. Not Maritz, so the MSC has no place in your claim.
Independent contractors can file for unemployment for the first time due to Covid. I agree with Sestrahelena, you are the employer (and employee). You shouldn't need the name of a supervisor, unless TX is different. However, if you do, the names I have are: Team1, Jamie Robbins, Team 3, Beth Taylor, Team 4 Kathy Sullivan or Dee Shrills. Hope that helps. Hope you are well.

I did that. Nothing there. But it does not matter anymore since I will not be working for Ipsos. They will NOT allow me to wear a N95 mask which I am required to do in my real life job.
If you have to have this mask use it. There reasoning is that there (June 4, 2020) short supply .
I never had to send in a picture of me with a mask on and I made over $100 doing the shops. I did however take a picture of me wearing a mask along with sunglasses and a straw cowboy hat if I need it in a few more months in case we do a national shutdown again.
I got an email from IPSOS yesterday saying one of Maritz's largest clients is starting back in July. I had some canceled back in March and they said, Contractors, who indicated back in February they would like to accept the same shop will be auto-assigned It said to update your information so you won't miss any opportunities ..

How would you update the information they are on a new system and none of that shows up. Currently, the only shops they have are banking shops and the closest to me is over two hundred miles away.

I went through the link in the email. Nothing shows up for me at all. I had to sign a new agreement.

Jake, thanks for these names. Texas turned down my first application because I filled in myself as the employer. Said they had to have a name. I am well. Hope everyone is doing okay.
