I have found out the only way that Ipsos addresses anything is by email. They stated on a Fred email that all @maritzCX.com had been changed to @ipsos.com The contact mail they list now is mystery.shopping@ipsos.com. Nevertheless, I did invoice it, as soon as I completed reporting the shop. I printed off a copy and kept it -- just like I always do!
But if they found it, and will pay it, that's all I need. I do fully understand what they were going through around the 18th; no wonder things "fell through the cracks", LOL.
