Wearing a mask causes you too reduce the intake of fresh air and oxygen. It also traps the carbon dioxide that you exhale. You are now breathing that in. Both of these factors do weaken your immune system. My asthma is a very mild case. If it were severe what should I do stay home and cower in fear. Get real. Maybe you should do some actual research and stop listening to the media. Look up scientific data and studies. Read opinions from several different sources. If you want to wear a mask and harm yourself that's the great thing about this country you are free to do so providing it is not unlawful as it is here in NY and several other states. Again I only state what I have learned by research. Please don't take my word for it and do your own research. You can become better informed.
