Hi. This is a friendly warning that this MSC has not paid for January nor February shops. They keep egging the IC's on giving different dates as to when the cheques will be mailed. Thank you.

I know..... They owe me a lot of money. They have always been behind, but never this far. I tried sending an email, but not answer.

I contacted the States Attorney in Texas where the office is based. I was advised to file a complaint. Maybe if there are enough complaints, they would move a little quicker. If there are enough of us, we can sue the owner. I think she has taken off with all our money.
