Has anyone heard from KSS lately?

I have a question about a shop assigned to me by KSS and I haven't gotten any replies to emails sent to my scheduler or Lorri. Has anyone been in communication with them this month?

I have responded to every email I have gotten, but feel free to email me again (or check your spam/junk folders)! I am happy to help (if I can).

Thanks Lorri. After sitting in my log for weeks the shop was simply unassigned (with no reply to any of the four messages I'd sent KSS, and I do check my spam filter), but I wasn't dinged with a citation so life goes on. In fact, I've already done another KSS shop without any issue and I'm looking forward to doing more as shops come back online.
