Anyone not getting paid?

I did a shop on 3/4 and still haven't been reimbursed. Is anyone else having trouble getting paid?

It all depends on which MSC the shop was for. They all have different pay protocols. If you mention the MSC name (but NOT the client) shoppers may be able to help.

Still waiting for payment from Sales Quality Group for a shop done on 2/22 - my last shop before the shutdown started. I am not keeping my fingers crossed. A big thank-you to the MSC's that did pay.

I am still waiting on payment from Regal Hospitality for three shops done in January and February. I know they are typically slower to pay than other MSC's but this is way past due, even for them. Anyone else not being paid by Regal?

Did you contact them? I was paid for a February shop weeks ago.
Not yet. I was paid for a reimbursement for the hotel folio for my January shop a month ago but have not received my fee, cash reimbursements, or any money for my two February shops. I thought I would post here first to see if others were also waiting. Since it appears that others have been paid, I WILL contact them this week.

I received my check on 5/26/20 for a shop done the first week of February.
I emailed them regarding the money due me and got a same day reply stating that they were attempting to get "caught up." I was advised I would receive a check soon. I am still waiting.
I received a Regal check today, 06/12/2020 for a shop performed on 02/20.

I just got paid by Cirrus for February shops, so pleased about that. I was pleasantly surprised that I have been paid by all the companies I had done shops for before the coronavirus hit (so far). I still have a couple more shops to be paid for, but so far so good.
I am in the same boat. I think they are using shopper's payments to float the business. They have never been this far behind.
I finally received the remainder of the money I was owed from Regal for the shop I did for them on 1/21/20. I received the money on 6/22/20. I am still waiting for payment for shops completed on 2/6 and 2/11.
Also, I have contacted Regal every month since May. Same line every month, "Yes, we are still processing payments. You should receive a check soon. Again, we thank you for your patience." I'm a little worried I won't receive the check.

Regal has no jobs anywhere nationwide on their job board. That's extremely concerning to me.

Don't they mostly do hotel mystery shops? The hotel industry as as whole is extremely hard hit. I imagine most hotels either don't have the money to spend on mystery shopping, don't think customer service evaluations are important in a global pandemic, or don't want to risk shoppers, guests or employees getting infected and are keeping nonessential visits to a minimum.

Yes, but as of 2-3 weeks ago, they still had shops on the board. No there's nothing. They previously had shops 2-3 months out.
Regal has a handful of shops back on the board, but I won't be taking any until I hear they've started paying their winter 2020 shoppers.
Well I can tell you that I am still waiting to be fully paid for shops I did on 2/6 and 2/11. I too will not accept anything from them until I am paid in full.
