Suggestions: 15 Weeks and I haven't been paid by Confero

I haven't been paid for a shop that I completed for Confero on 3/12/2020. I sent a couple of emails to shopperpayments@conferoinc.com, and to the scheduler. The scheduler asked me not to send her emails concerning payment. She told me to send payment inquiries to the above posted link, but they won't respond. I received a good score for the completed assignment.

Any suggestions on how to receive my payment? Does anyone have a telephone number for the person(s) that issues payments. This was my first assignment for this company. Thanks for any assistance you can provide.

I've shopped for Confero for 15 yrs. Only had a late payment a couple of times.
Check the status of your shop in the Completed Shops listing. Is there additional info requested?
Check your info in Shopper Profile. Do they have correct PayPal address for you?

mmike, I checked the status. 9/10. The comment said, Thank you! Your payment will be processed through Paypal." However, after re-reading your email I checked my profile. I failed to select how I wanted to be paid. I just updated that information. Thank you. I would have never thought to check my profile.
