Ipsos/Maritz Pay Dates?

I may have missed this in a search, but at the bottom of my report is a statement: Upon review and approval, each shop survey acts as an invoice for payment, and will be processed within the iShopfor Ipsos shopper payment cycle. -- so, no more invoices, which is nice, but does anyone know if these will pay every Tuesday, like their other shops? They've gotten rid of everything else from Maritz it seems like...

My God I'm hating this company. The voicemail says to email mystery.shopping@ishopforipsos.com and that email bounces back. Anybody got an email address to complain about missed payments?

Well, I received payment via PayPal for some of last week's shops that I did. But, I notice that in my reimbursement portion, I'm missing a fuel amount.

Sigh- now I have to contact them and its been a real pain finding someone!
Yup, same here. No gas reimbursement. Glad it's not only me. I sent a few emails. One bounced back. It's getting confusing with all their different sites and whom to contact. PITA

So how long ago did y'all do these shops? After July 1st, right? I just have 4 gas shops, done on the 3rd and the 6th. No way to tell if they've been accepted I guess? They just show on my "completed" shops list...

I don't know about "pay dates" . I did a site inspection on 7/3, and rec'd payment today 7/7. Also, with the GREEN company, there is no reimbursement. The store and fuel, is included in the $16. So your pay is $13
The email contact does really STINK !!! So miss sad smiley sad smiley the phone. It has been 2 weeks since email was sent. I resent another one today. The response:

I shop with the other companies with Ipsos and love those shops. I have a blue shop for the Maritz portion and am not liking how all of the directions are 10 different PDFs. Plus the email that said that I had been awarded the shop showed up with wording that made it sound like I had missed the shop. It didn't have the typical "you have been assigned a new task" email - which makes life easier.

I was confused for a while on how to get shops and counteroffers. Then an email came out saying to sign on with Sassie but to say that I "forgot my password". I don't want to mess up getting into the other apps/sites with the Ipsos shops that I like by changing it. Seems very convoluted still with the Maritz side, which is why I stayed away from them.

I think I figured out the problem. There is a question in the report that is a bit tricky and, since we are no longer submitting an invoice, if you don't answer it correctly your payment will be short. The QReimbursement question is both product and gas total, not just gas (as I did). Interestingly enough, they paid the last 2 assignments that I did that day as I wanted to have them paid but the first 2 assignments were missing the product reimbursement despite answering the question the same way. I did send an email before I figured out my error, hopefully they'll cut me some slack. Otherwise, lesson learned (and it was only 2 locations)!
the maritz phone number doesn’t even work anymore. just some lady saying to email ipsos. this is awful. all the maritz schedulers/supervisors got fired?

phone was so key and helpful in dealing with maritz. can’t imagine they got rid of it
For the "Blue" shops, an easy way to check on what you have been paid is to click on your "My Account" , then click on "Payment Settings", then the "Payment History" and finally the date of the particular payment. It will show every shop and Visit ID that you were paid on that date.
Its the same as the old legacy payment scheme.

That's how I found that I was shorted fuel dollars. It also shows all the shops for which you were paid.
I also have not gotten my fuel reimbursement for a blue gas station that I was paid. I emailed them at tcmsbox03@ishopforipsos.com and they responded they are working on it now. Also, I did see in a email somewhere that they were working on a phone number for IPSOS.
Does anyone know if you have to use the Presto app for blue and yellow shops?
I have been doing gas station shop starting middle of June. I have been paid on PayPal a week later on a Tuesday for some of the shops that week, but I was paid the missed shops the following week.

The legacy MaritzCX OnSite app is no longer available to be used on any of our projects.
You can use our mobile friendly website (https://us-v2.ipsosmysteryshopping.com/) to access and complete your shops while at the location or you can print the eval and then enter online when you get home.

I would like to think they'll get their ... together. I mean, this really couldn't possibly have been a worse time to take over projects of this size from a company that was SO clearly better at this than you are.
That being said, I'm not sure I'm willing to see this through with IPSOS. I completes well over a thousand evals every year for Maritz and if IPSOS support continues to suck, I'm done.

How long did it take to get the reimbursement? I got paid Tuesday well thats the schedule but anyway I had done 12 shops that would’ve been a lot of money but the payment was really light. In the payment section under account the payment details have not even been generated yet so I don’t have anything to know if or what I actually got paid for. I’ve emailed someone and now I am in that loop of obviously Ipsos doesn’t give a rip and they can’t get there you know what together. During this whole time of Covid from March to July they had These months to get this thing worked out
When you feeling your debrief you must put in your purchase and your product receipt prices. A little further down there is the question that ask what is your total reimbursement. This would of course be your gas and your in-store purchase. If you put in more than those then it will come back and it will not let you submit. But if you put in less than what your reimbursement should be I’m sure that it will submit US zero. You must watch out for this.
The blue and yellow shops are not on presto. Only the green ones. And I will tell you that from using the presto app last go around as many other people will it Was a complete nightmare.The app continuously crashed and then if you were not on a very strong Wi-Fi signal you were just scr...d! I was traveling back in February when I did that from North Carolina down to Georgia and decided to hit the stations along the interstate. I believe I did about 14 of them and every last one of them pretty much got rejected because when you’re on site that is when you’re supposed to fill out the debrief but once again the thing is continuously crashing you’re having to delete it and restart the app and reboot your phone. I had no choice but wait till I got to a strong Wi-Fi signal to go back and upload all the photos. At this point in time once you have all of those green pumps which all look alike your photos all run together and it is really difficult to keep things straight or at least for me. Through numerous emails I was lucky enough to get some editors to help me out on this because the Presto app was mostly at fault for the issue. I don’t know if I will do any more of these when they get to a good price because $16 it’s just not worth the trouble and neither is the 20 that they’ve gone up to. Once again on these green shops they do not give a reimbursement so the total that is on there is what you get. It’s best to To put just a few cents in the gas tank to get that receipt and get you a piece of Laffey taffy for ten cent in the in store or you’ll get screwed on that whole thing.

Thank you!!! I had been looking for that but payment settings were not on the list of options using the phone. I checked "desktop site" and there it was!
For all of you doing the blue shops pay close attention to the question on reimbursement, if you don't put the correct amount in you will not get reimbursed. I was also shorted the cost of the fuel and they did correct it.
i’m trying to get a blue gas extended one day. of course i can’t get a hold of anyone. if i don’t do the shop today, will it come off my board automatically or is it like it used to be with maritz?

Nothing is the same now. Who knows though. What we do know is that for being @one of the biggest msc’s in the world “ shdcyhst is what they said that Ip doesn’t have its carp together. Can’t talk to anyone , poor email response. It’s pathetic now

Normally a team member will respond pretty quickly. They have been for me.
