Maritz (Ipsos Legacy) Email

Did anyone else get an email from Ipsos saying that you need to become IShopSafe Certified.... when you already are?
I have to wonder if this was just something that went out to all shoppers with revealed audits, or if I'm going to have this annoying thing to think about for a couple days? I did reply and said I already took it. I even went through the link and did it again and got an error message after submitting saying that I was already certified.

I got that message today and took the quiz. I was wondering how long it takes for them to tell you if you passed. I sort of have the same problem, because I am assigned to locations tomorrow and now I am wondering if I should complete them or just cancel them.
I am already certified and did not get the new email. If you try to take the test again and the website tells you that you are already certified, then I think you should be good to go.
Right above the picture of Fabulous Freddie it says "Note: if you are already certified do not attempt to take it again." After the glitchy first round, somehow I got certified but it does not show on any of the various websites. So, if you're not sure, how would you find out? I guess I'm alright, as I have been doing a few shops within the last month and haven't been told to stop.
Another issue with the old "MaritzCX" and new Ipsos v2 shops...they really are pushing for quick entry for the gas station reveal shops, but their database is wonky, often (like 40% of my last ten shops) rejecting the data input and accepting the photos (wha????). that makes me have to enter the data again (a time consuming process, which I am not paid for...or should I ask to be paid for it?). I am using an iphone X and it works great more than half the time.....has anyone had this same problem? And, what is the solution?

This is not the same email. This is one that was sent yesterday. The one you reference is the one that was sent today.
I have tried to take the quiz numerous times but each time, it tells me my email address is not found in their system. I have sent 2 emails regarding this and am still waiting on a reply. I am still continuing to complete my scheduled shops until I hear from them.

I have the same problem!

Yet, I am still performing the shops assigned.

A Heads Up on "Blue" shops: If there is a diesel inspection noted on the shop, there is an additional question of how many diesel tanks are on the site. The shopper is supposed to ask the employee after the reveal.
I took this test back in May when they were doing safety inspection on Presto app. I am registered on all three of there sites, usa.ipsos,us-v2.ipsos & us-sassie.ipsos. Presto and us-V2 are linked to the same email. the other two to another email. I have been doing gas station shops found on us-v2 (old MairtzCX) for June and July were it asked that you past the safety test which I took back in May to which I received and email at both email address stating I had passes the test. I have not taken it again. The shop I have turning in I have not had problems with YET. I have even gotten paid with in a week for the shops completed.

We have migrated over your basic information from the legacy MaritzCX V2 platform to the iShopforIpsos platforms (Sassie and Shopmetrics).
I would like to take this time to introduce you to the iShopFor Ipsos home page.
For Shopmetrics:
To get started your will need to click on the Forgot Password link and enter your email address associated with your legacy MaritzCX profile.
The first time you login to your account you will be asked to sign the Ipsos ICA and update your profile with some basic information that will be need to complete shops.
For Sassie:
To get started your will need to click on the "Forgot Password" link and enter your email address associated with your legacy MaritzCX profile.
Once logged in, you will be prompted to fill in the missing pieces of their profile (SSN, Privacy Policy Agreements).
You will also want to click the "Verify Email" at the top of your profile so they get emails for shop offers.

I have done as requested, but because of different email address tie to SS number it will not let me update information tied to us-v2 migration. Now is it help center says delete account I don't use.

Your accounts on V2 & Shopmetrics will not overlap -- we just pulled your information from the legacy MaritzCX site into Shopmetrics. If you delete one account, it will not impact the other.
I suggest deleting the account with the email address you use less. If you need assistance with deleting an account in Shopmetrics, please let us know.

Now does this mean I will see shops on ALL platforms or only what the old sites have?
