Maritz (Ipsos Legacy) Bundle / Website Problems

Yesterday afternoon I received a series of emails letting me know that I had been offered bundles that I could view and accept or decline on the Maritz / Ipsos website. I was able to view the first of them, then there seemed to be a problem with the map that is supposed to show where the shops I was offered are located - along with over 800 others "in my area". The map is never displayed, there is a little circle in the middle that keeps spinning (for over 30 minutes if I let it).
I tried to call the number on the website and the number in the email I received, both of them seem to not be working. I also sent an email to the address given on the website and in the original email. Waiting for a reply at this point. Is anyone else having this kind of problem? How can one accept a "bundle" if the website is the only way to access / accept it?

I have had the same problem...I finally wrote three times to the "Team" responsible for that client, and got the shops assigned (and they did it at the correct pricing). Interestingly enough, they 'declined' another bundle I had submitted, then cherry picked one of the shops out of the bundle to another shopper ( I assume at a lower rate) and now the original bundle is listed on their job board. I just submitted another bundle and doubled my offered rate for five shops....(smirk)...I KNOW how that is going to play...
I have never done any bundles. Are they just for certain brands? Do they pick what shops are in the bundle or do you get to pick them. Where can I find info on this?
You can create your own bundle with any number and various types of shops. Occasionally they will offer you a bundle for a certain shop with multiple locations. I just got one for a certain gas station of 6 locations but at base rate. These are on the IPSOS Legacy (Old Maritz) Platform site.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
I can't get the shops to show up at all. The map just stays there with the little thingy spinning away. I'll try again tomorrow, but haven't been able to get in at all today.

Yes indeed. My map is blank, with the little thingy going round and round and round...furthermore,when I e-mailed the scheduler, I got no reply.

Good luck getting this "Must be done by Sunday!" shop done....I know what a hassle they are, and the one nearest to me is 45 miles away....I've done them before, for $45, but they are on the Presto Map at $32.50 and I received no reply to the e-mail.

Yep. If I try to search beyond my immediate area it just spins and spins. I've wasted way too much time on this today.
And an email said there's a highly bonused shop within 250 miles of me. HAHAHAHA! I'll never know where!
I did a couple of these shops. They're SUCH a pain using the browser instead of the app!!
It is now, for sure. I rarely had a problem pre-ipsos, as long as I had at least a little phone reception.
