Dead Ringers mystery shopping company -- phone calls to funeral homes

I got email from isecretshop today and noticed that they have some "Telephone Shop for Funeral Home/Cemetery" listed for $4.50. The name of the MSC is Dead Ringers, which I thought was perfect (and hilarious). Anyone else like the name?

And I guess to make sure this is considered on topic, has anyone worked for them? I have to be honest, it doesn't sound like a shop I'd be interested in doing.

I've never heard of Dead Ringers---gruesome/funny name!----but I've done lots of funeral home calls for other ms companies. Once you can put it in perspective, they are not difficult calls to make at all.
Irene did a bunch of shops for them. I won't even sign the ICA.

Why not? is there something offensive in it? Don't like the name?
Funny name.
I have not worked for them. I have made calls to funeral homes.
I don"t mind doing them. Helped me think about how I want to plan my funeral.

We all need one.
Mister Bill (oh my!), I like the name and the niche, but that's it.

I'm not offended by the name but I'm 58 and in mediocre health so doing funeral shops is not in my wheelhouse at this time. smiling smiley
I did three phone shops for them. Calling funeral homes is a downer, so I pass on them.
I've done in-person funeral home shops. They were very interesting. I learned a lot; had no idea certain services were available. One place could arrange to turn cremains (ashes) into diamonds. You can get fine jewelry made with the image of a fingerprint of the deceased, hardcover printed books of memories after the service, personalized lockets with cremains or hair, and DNA tests.
I have never done a funeral shop. I'm 83 and just a wee bit too close to needing one! And I am a also a wee bit superstitious and don't want my lies to become true. Besides that I just want to be cremated with no services. The daughter asked me if I would mind being put on the shelf with the ashes of their favorite dog. I told her I wouldn't mind sharing space with the 2 dogs they have loved and lost!
I've done multiple shops for them. The easiest by far on ISS platform

Mystery shopper, Merchandiser and part time mortgage loan underwriter & processor
Even for a telephone shop that is not much money. I would be sure they were legit first before giving them any contact information. Good luck!
