Marketforce - How to contact?!

I did a shop today and wanted to call a scheduler about two other locations that were on my way home. Tried to call using the number on the website, couldn't find info on the app and even used a number a scheduler had called me from before. Couldn't get through to anyone! So I just went home instead of doing the shops. Does anyone know how to actually speak to someone (for any future shops)? smiling smiley

Even before pandemic, there was a rumor that MF was cutting back the scheduling department. It seems some of the regular schedulers are furloughed or working greatly reduced hours.

If you PM me, I will send you the list of phone numbers I have. They may not be current, but it's a place to start.
I did a $50 restaurant shop that was rejected because I did the Call part the prior day. It was only a small part of the shop....... the rest of the shop was done right, which is 95% of the survey. They rejected the whole thing, costing me $50. There was no one to call. The emails explanations were ignored. I think I won't take anything over $12 from them. They don't even pay fees.
Sorry this happened to you, but if the guidelines say to call the same day, then you must call the same day.

You sound like Market Force rep

I bet ceasemith would love to be a Marketforce rep. But she isn't. Her point, stated as a reality check from one long-time shopper to another long-time shopper - which was valid and stated nicely - was you did the shop wrong and you didn't get paid. That's on you.

Wow, another better than thou art shopper!! This forum is full of it!
No, it's just that we have ALL made mistakes as shoppers. I had a shop rejected by MF about 3 years ago because I didn't follow the guidelines correctly. And I've been MSing since 2005!! That was on me. But I still do shops for them when I see something I like. It happens to all of us now and then.

I don't know about the 925 number, but I think that 800 number is to the purple side of Market Force (the theater side).
