Ipsos presto shop not loading

Ipsos presto shop not loading - HELP

I'm working a gas station shop and the presto won't load the sub sections, like pumps, overall...
Anyone have a solution? Apparently they don't do tech support on weekends. After all, who shops on weekends??
Alternatively, anyone have any idea who to contact at Ipsos. I'm not seeing anything in the guide.

When I was having trouble with it last week, Presto told me to use my phone's browser instead of the app. That worked better, but I don't know why they can't make the app work.

I know this is way after the fact. That happened to me and I reported it to technical help. They suggested I use my web browser and do the shop directly on the site. When the app crashes-as it does VERY FREQUENTLY, jump to the website. I mostly do them from there now. [insta.prestomobilesurveys.com]
