Ipsos email address

I'm not sure that I used the correct email address for Ipsos. I tried mystery.shopping@ishopforipsos.com which is the address stated when I called them. That didn't work. I tried us-v2.ipsosmysteryshopping.com, the address for the shops assigned. I them tried tcmsbox03@ishopforipsos.com and that went through but I don't know if I'll get a response.. The problem is I can not submit the gas stations, due Aug 1-8. Review complete, not ready to shop.

Has anyone had success emailing Ipsos for the gas station shops formerly handled by Maritz? If so, what email address did you use?

I saw another post reporting the same problem yesterday and had the same result you described when I just tried to debrief a visit. I am sure there will be MANY shoppers sending similar e-mails this weekend, it sounds like a major "glitch" to me and I hope we'll all hear from them tomorrow!

I didn't see the other but I'm not surprised that it is a universal problem.

I found and read the other post on this problem. I did not have a problem with my July shops and I enjoy getting weekly checks on Pay Pal. I will continue doing my August shops assuming they will eventually correct the problem but I miss Maritz and the phone contact and the immediate problem solving. So far the negatives far out way to positives on Ipsos, IMO.

Hooray, I got a response from my email that the Aug 1-8 shops are ready to report. I checked and it is true, I can submit them.

I have been trying to get two shop dates changed and have sent notice to every place I could find and called but no one taking calls. I am so upset as I have never had this problem before getting in contact with someone.

This one works mystery.shopping@ipsos.com just takes forever to get answer Team box goes to Team Leaders and they are three to five days if you get an answer. If you get a responds add their email to contacts

Thanks bmttinman I did get a response from the tcmsbox03 address. I was without power thanks to Isaias for 6 days and couldn't upload or complete shops that were due. They were nice enough to extend the date for me and I was able to get all shops in on time.
