Ipsos Shopmetrics Shops.

I applied for and was awarded an Ipsos shop through Shopmetrcs. It was due today, but I knew first thing this morning that I would not be able to do it today. I emailed the scheduler asking for a one-day extension. Four hours later, still no response so I emailed again. Still nothing. Sent an email to the general help addy and their polite email told me to contact my scheduler directly.

So here's my question. If I don't hear from my scheduler, should I do the shop tomorrow? I'd risk not getting a $14 reimbursement. I have NEVER in three years of doing these shops ever had to reschedule and don't know how Ipsos will handle it. Ideas? Suggestions?

Times are different now due to covid-19. I would wait till tomorrow and see if you get a response. You could send another email to the scheduler with a urgent in the subject line. You could do the shop and input it tomorrow risking that it may not be accepted or may have been removed from your log. What is the reimbursement for is it something you would buy anyway or is it something you could return if the shop does not get accepted and the store allows returns. The only thing you may end up being out is time or you could get lucky and the shop will be accepted. IMHO having shopped and worked for IPSOS with a few reschedules over the years it could go either way but I lean that the shop would be accepted.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
Took your advice and sent a third email with URGENT in the subject line. Got an immediate response saying the adjustment had been made on Sunday after my initial email. However if I look at my report the due date is still yesterday but in red. But the shop is good to go and I am off to do it. Thank you for your help!
Glad it worked out for you.
