Does Intellishop list reimbursement clearly?

I have not seen it clearly delineated on the job board for most listings. Does this mean there is no reimbursement?

All the Jobs I see, the reimbursement is clearly shown as “Expense”. If there is no expense shown, the fee is meant to cover whatever you need to purchase.
