Will ISS ever return to its previous status?

There used to be plenty of shops o=n the ISS board, now there are few....if any....does anyone know what the status of ther previous clients is?

ISS shops are posted by scores of MSC's. When their work comes back, ISS postings will come back. To check on the status of a particular ISS shop, you can contact the company that offered the shop through ISS.

One of the iSS MSCs had a sandwich shop that I absolutely loved. A few weeks ago, I asked the scheduler when the shops were returning. She said maybe the beginning of next year, but there was nothing on the horizon.
