MF has 2 different phone audits. One says phone audit, the other is listed as wireless retail. The phone audit is a rather lengthy one, and the paperwork to download before you go is quite extensive. The other one that says wireless retail is for the green, insect-logo company. If that's the one you are referring to, it takes me no longer than 20 minutes in-store, and usually less than that. There is not as much paperwork, either. You have to take several good photos, so you need to be familiar with your phone's camera. You have to call 48 hours before you go to let them know you are coming.
