You'll need to enter the information for each of the MSC's that you're registered with through their individual Shopmetrics sites.
For example, if you are registered with Servimer, then you'd likely enter:
Username: drietber
Password: Your_Servimer_Password
Server URL: Servimer.shopmetrics.com
Keep adding profiles for each of the companies that you are directly registered with.
