Another Maritz Legacy shopper had this problem a few days ago, she sent an email to the generic address and was able to report the shops the next day - as far as I know nothing "bad" happened to her! She pointed out in her email that she'd be at work the next day and not able to finish the report until the evening - I guess sending the email is all you can do in this situation.
Send them another email, and in the header, type ***URGENT*** ***URGENT*** NEED HELP INPUTTING SHOP!!! or something similar, but make sure to KEEP the "URGENT" part in the header.
Switch browsers. That usually fixes it. Are you using Chrome?
I actually tried on Chrome and Safari (but I cannot get the legacy site to work on anything but Chrome). However, the situation seems to have resolved itself in the last hour!
