If everyone had to stay home, those five locations may not have even been open, in which case you could have reported them as closed.

Also, you could take a screen shot of the local mandate or provide a link to it when arguing your case for reactivation with MF.

You could add a touch of humility as well. I find it seems to help others to want to work with me instead of fight against me.

As noted by MF, the work is so easy that anyone that can fog up a mirror can do it. That comment is of legal record.

They really don’t care about you and your record with them. If you’re going to be aggressive and argumentative, you will never get reactivated. If you want to work for them again, you need to wait a bit and then apologize for your attitude, and they will reactivate you. You are an independent contractor. They can choose to work with you or not.

You were doing the most basic of mystery shops and audits. You’re not out there curing cancer.
