I did a little digging and saw that one of the main folks in the company (either the someone of the family owned the company, or he did, or some other dynamic). Either way, he moved onto another role per his LinkedIn, with his role with Ardent Services ending in Aug 2020. If they're on the forum, hope you and the family are doing alright! Sad to find out this way
The folks with Ardent Services were a pleasure to work with, including the schedulers they had on-board.

Yes, it would have been nice if they had sent their shoppers a heads up. Is there a possibility they took their site down just until things start up again?
According email from Michelle (dated on April 1) all shops were suspended shops because of current situation with COVID-19.
