MF non payment and no response

This is the 1st time I have had any issues with MF. I completed 2 shops for them last month and now there is no record of them in the portal nor is there any payment history. I've sent multiple emails and all I receive are emails asking for the assignment number. Ive given the assignment numbers and now, no response. Has anybody dealt with this before

The shops tend to disappear from the approved shop history a few days before the payment, which hasn’t been made for anyone this month. I’d wait another week or so before reaching out again.
Don't worry, in my experience MF always pays, maybe a few days later on the calendar in one particular month than another but you will be paid.
