United Fresh Rewards Card?

Good morning everyone. I have several United Supermarket shops over the next few days to look for signage on certain products. The guidelines state the shopper must have a United Fresh Rewards card for a required purchase. When I go online, there doesn’t appear to be a rewards card for United supermarkets under that name. It’s a skin care rewards program. I’ve reached out to the scheduling team, but haven’t heard back and I have shops due today. Does anyone know if this is just the United Supermarket app, like all grocery stores seem to have now or is it more specific?

I don't know about the grocery chain you are referring to, but in most grocery stores, you can sign up for their Rewards card right at the CS Desk, and then you are good to go at that very moment. Can you call the grocery store and ask if this is how they enroll you in their Rewards program????
kathygry, I checked several of the websites of the companies that United Supermarket owns, and none of them use the United Fresh Rewards name. When I saw the email, I assumed that meant sign up and use their rewards program. I haven't taken any of the shops, so I don't know for sure. Let us know how it worked out for you.
Thank you all for your responses. Alan, you were correct. I checked with the CSR at the store and they weren't familiar with a United Fresh Rewards card. I was already signed up with the loyalty program for that store, so used that. My shops have been approved. I don't know if anyone else was confused, as the name of the rewards program was very clear in the shopper instructions. Hopefully, it has been corrected.
