Google jus t told me my password has been breached

Google just informed me to change my password for a website called cltcshop.com. It says it is a mystery shop company. When I tried to go to the site, it says this service is unavailable. Does anybody recognize this site as a mystery shop company? The weird thing is, it is under an old, unused email and the password is weird, too. I hope someone here recognizes cltcshop.com!

Are you sure the email was really from Google? Scammers often impersonate a site like google and then provide a link in the email which takes you to a site where they can capture your info. Perhaps they want your PW as people often use the same PW on different sites. Go back to the original email and click or hover Over the from address and you can discover if it looks legit or not.
Was the same email sent to your recovery email? The one you set up if you lose your password.

Google has informed me of the same thing, for Prophet MSCs.

I did work for CLTC years ago. I think they did senior living facilites. The bookmark on my computer doesn't work anymore. I bet it's a phishing scheme.

How does Google inform someone if not by email?

How does Google inform someone if not by email?

It pops up when using Chrome. It happened again with a Shopmetrics MSC. Not phishing.

I'm sorry I wasn't clear. I did not get an email. I routinely check my privacy settings in my Google account. When I ran the check, it came up as a security alert.
I get pop ups often from different real sites I am using telling me my pw is old and asking me to change it. I usually ignore those but it is probably a good idea to change pw once in a while. I doubt the program that checks for how long you used the same pw actually checks to make sure the site you have it on is still in business. Probably just scans thru for pw that have been the same for x # of years or months.
It said that there had been a third party breach and that I should change my password and never use it again.
Google has now installed "Google Password Checkup" on Chrome. It alerts you of the compromised passwords and email addresses that they find on the web. I found some of mine compromised because of the alerts Google gave me. The alerts are valid.

Shopping Arkansas, Louisiana, & Mississippi.
For those of us who do the majority of our work on our laptops, there is also a legitimate site to check and see if your password has been found and used somewhere. I've used it many times and it has helped me to know if I should change my password. Here is the link: [haveibeenpwned.com]
"Google adds password breach alerts to Chrome for Android, iOS" from an article dated October 8, 2020. No emails involved. "The feature is part of the browser's security improvements that were first built into its desktop version." Here is the link to the full technology article if interested. [www.welivesecurity.com]
