I am closing in on 600 completed assignments for SR and have never had a problem with the company. They have a toll free phone number that is handled live during business hours and ALL workers from whom I have sought assistance were ready, willing and able to provide aid. Pay checks arrive approx. 45 days after the month for which jobs were submitted, reports range from ultra easy to middlin' and a shop window of two to six days is the norm. Finally, when they need a job finished yesterday, they are willing to open the purse. I have no recollection SR has ever started the month at peanuts before moving to an acceptable fee,
I have done several shops with them. Mostly gas station audits and they have a grocery store chain that is not that big compared to some chains. Schedulers are nice and work with people who want to do a route.
Their nonprofit fitness centers pay very little for the time and work involved unless they're bonused.

I do a lot of non-revealed gas stations for SR. Love them! I wish they paid quicker but I have very little cash tied up in those shops so it is okay.
I just started shopping with them in September thanks to those on this board who suggested them for non-revealed gas shops. I just realized I haven’t gotten the check (or even the promised confirmation email) for that month. Is that typical? The amount is small enough that I likely wouldn’t contact them for another week or two, unless others here report having been already paid for September shops.
NinS wonders--I just started shopping with them in September thanks to those on this board who suggested them for non-revealed gas shops. I just realized I haven’t gotten the check (or even the promised confirmation email) for that month. Is that typica

Bob's reply--Yes, that is typical. Your check should arrive between the 10th and 20th of Nov. My first job for SR was 06/11/2008 and I have never had a late check. Last month I completed four shops for SR, this month I stand at two with four to do before Thanksgiving Day.
I do their real estate verifications. No issues and prompt payment.

I haven't shopped for them for a while - just lack of shops in my area. I guess some companies stopped shopping. I did just pick up the Christmas candy store kiosk shop.
I shop with them once or twice a month. They are very nice and the shops are not difficult to complete. Would do more if they offered them in my area.
I did a lots of shops for them in the past. But only one food restaurant was available in my area and they filed for bankruptcy and ms for them disappeared..

Could you give me a walk through of what this entails? Is it possible to remain anonymous as you do this? Or does management see you walking around the pumps, etc.?
@big_sky_thunder The gas stations I do are non-revealed. You buy a little gas and make a mental note of the condition of the pumps, etc. Then go inside and evaluate the restroom. Then wander around the store as if you are trying to decide what drink/snack you want while observing how full the drink coolers are, the cleanliness of the coffee and coke areas, and how well the shelves are stocked. Then go to the register and make your purchase while paying attention to times and certain phrases/behavior. At no time do you reveal yourself as a shopper, however, they figure out it when you finish the transaction and ask for a receipt for your 99 cent fountain coke. LOL I love doing them! Easy and stress-free.

I like working with them but I feel like $10 is not enough for a 3-part mystery shop with full narrative. Granted, there are no pictures and there is some reimbursement but I prefer photos over writing. And more money. So I rarely take their shops.
