Is Service Check still in business?

Hi, all! After a long time off, I've been going through the list of companies I've worked for in the past. I'm unable to reach the Service Check website. Are they still in business? Thanks!

No. I miss them.

Hopefully, there is more information and someone will share it...

I appreciate the response! They were an excellent company to work with. It's disheartening to come across so many of the websites I used to visit regularly being gone now. I wish you luck, and thanks again!
Out of business. There is a long thread about them on this forum. Most won't miss them.

We won't miss the editors.
I miss the recurring shops in my area that paid well for easy work and provided useful stuff that I chose for myself. I would have liked to continue those shops indefinitely, even though the reports should have been streamlined, or something.

I never had a problem and enjoyed doing quite a bit of their regular work with high bonuses. I will miss Georgia and Karen and Kate.

I never had a problem with their editors although I did have a problem with the fact they didn't like double spacing after periods and that was hard for me to overcome because they were the only company that cared about that for some reason.I didn't affect my ability to get shops and it didn't affect my pay so I let it go.
They used to do a large electronics store and required quite a bit of detail. It took me a while to learn what they wanted and to use those double spaces. They allowed you to return the required purchase and sometimes the bonuses made the shop worth it. It appeared over time that the electronics store was going out of business as well, but oddly most of there stores are still open, even during the pandemic. If you worked for Service Check and live in the West, you will know this client.

This was a client that I did very well with although in the end I used to have a hard time getting last names because they never were wearing name tags and they were very few people in the departments to help and they could care less about giving you a quote.
They were great to work with, and paid well. Lots of great clients, too. I furnished and accessorized my home on some of those shops! I miss them, too.
