Also, another is based in Irving, but I can't remember which.

Marketforce has shops in Texas and pretty much everywhere else I believe.

Go to the MSPA website and check the list of MSP and look for those with Texas area codes in the contact numbers.

Servimer has tons of parking shops in every metropolitan area throughout Texas.
During non-COVID19 times, that is. :-(

Serving as liaison between Servimer and the larger mystery shopping community. (Servimer.shopmetrics.com)
I live in Austin. The companied I most frequently shop for are: A Closer Look, Intellishop, Reality Based Group, Sentry, Presto, Isecretshop, Coyle and Customer Impact. There are not as many opportunities now as in the past, but I still stay somewhat busy.
I live in Austin as well but no matter where in the state the OP is located, I've done the most work this year for IPSOS. Everything from package delivery, gas stations (aka Maritz) and cell phone providers.

Oh, maybe overlooked because it seems obvious, is the numerous burger joints thru Marketforce.
There have been so many merges and closures in the last few years it has changes the schematics of mystery shopping in a big way. The biggest three are IPSOS, Market Force, and a distant third, Intellishop. There are still a fair amount of smaller companies with a much smaller client base. The latest merger with IPSOS and Maritz has created growing pains that are still being worked out, and has drastically affected self assign options, bonuses, and planning routes. In my opinion it favors the mystery shopping companies far more than the shoppers. It's still possible to make a profit, but the profit is smaller with more work now.
