IpSos Certifications

Has anyone had any problems with Ipsos certifications? Their tests questions and answers are nothing like what you studied for in their Shopoer Guidelines. I know the answers to their questions but when i take their tests the answers are totally different from the shopper guidelines. It's frustrating.

If you contact the scheduler, they are usually very helpful. I had an issue with a certification test and she let me know what I had to correct. But, you are correct, it seems that some of the required answers are not found in the guidelines or report. At least that was my issue.

Yeah, some of their "correct" answers don't match what is in their guidelines. I am just glad that there are usually enough "passes" for each test for me to figure out the correct answers.

I have been stuck on the test for one project which does not have a scheduler listed. I have emailed the all-purpose address to no avail. Crickets. And the jobs just stay on the board. Guess it's just not that important?

I am having the same problem. I have written multiple Ipsos email addresses and nobody is able to assist me. I had to miss a deadline today because of it. I wish they would respond quickly and fix the certification issues.

I have fail a out of the test because I can not find a guide. I have emailed the all purpose email telling them I failed. I then look back later and I passed the test.

The last two people who got the correct answers from me, never replied or said thank you. So, I quit helping people here.

I have just failed a gas station exam to which I used a passed test I had saved in July, same question asked with the same answers and failed it . Now another gas station done the same time the same way No Problems.
IpSOS has a problem but like anything else there is always General e-mail to which you ask a question take is either no answer or no help
