What is the best way to reach them via email? It is regarding a payment discrepancy.

Actually, IIRC, if you click on the payment, there are directions there on how to contact them re: discrepancy. I'm not sure at all it's helpdesk; pretty sure it's separate from that. However, it won't hurt anything to e-mail helpdesk, and ask them to forward it to the appropriate person/department.
Thank you everyone!

big, I did email the help desk with a general question. I received no response as of yet.

cease, I did as you suggested and got my error resolved by reconciliation.

Has anyone ever actually received a response from MarketForce's "HelpDesk"? They are advertising a shop in my area for one store, but the address is for another store, and the guidelines are for yet a another store! Zero response to multiple emails asking for clarification.
Cassie, I routinely get replies from the HelpDesk, sometimes within the hour. I will say that low-hanging fruit like extending a deadline by a day or two or making a counter-offer tend to get the quickest responses. Also if you email from the website it lets you include all the shop information from a drop-down and that tends to yield a quicker reply. I once had a (slightly) more complicated question that took about four emails to clarify. That shop sure sounds like a mess! I hope they respond to you soon.
