One of my Shops Disappeared

Had a shop due today, which I shopped, and logged in to do the report. It was listed earlier today but now it disappeared. How do I even contact the scheduler? I dont know who he/she is because the shop is gone. Every time I try to send an email to the general mailbox, it comes back undelivered, “permanent error”. Am I out $80 through no mistake of my own?

It won't help you this time, but this is exactly why I keep detailed records. Every scheduler I work for/with, I have their number and/or e-mail address in my permanent data base. I tend to work with just one or two schedulers in a company, so I know most of them by name.

You don't have an e-mail or anything from the scheduler prior to performing the shop? Does the company website show any phone numbers?

I do hope someone else can log in and give you more helpful info.
Which company? If it was sassie, or another that confirms, did not a confirmation email sent to you?
Many years ago, I made a round trip of approx. 100 miles to complete 2 shops for Informa, but when I attempted to submit the reports the work had vanished. I phoned the company the following day, a rep investigated and I was informed the work had inadvertently been also assigned to another shopper, with their reports completed. As this was not my error, I was paid my total fee. That action placed Informa on my "3 thumbs up" list and it remains there to this day.
I have the email which told me I have the shop. I did reply to that email but got no response yet. I’ll keep trying.

I had a shop last year where 2 people were assigned the same shop. I did get paid too Shopperbob. It was White Clay.
