TrendSource Reporting Changes

Heads up on the certification quiz. I completed it this morning on my PC and and then did my shop as scheduled. Went to the phone app to enter the data and it said I needed to complete the certification (again). It would have taken me a long time to do the certification on my phone as there are many questions that have to be brought up individually but fortunately I was close to home and was able to do it on my PC and enter the report within the new 2 hour time limit. I think they changed the quiz during the day as it was somewhat different than what I completed initially.

Thanks for the heads up!
I had to take the basic quiz 3 times yesterday on different shops and the new massive (36 questions I think) on 1. I am starting to feel like they think we are children. How many times does a person need to take the same test over and over.

I had more problems today with their app and website. I would answer the questions in the app and it would not save. It would just keep spinning, I switch the website and it would keep loading. When I finally got the app to work it would tell me I had no network connection when I was on the store internet.

I was on a store website and couldn't input. I got off the website and used data and had no problems.
It’s required to be done onsite now, not at home within 2 hours. New rule. That’s where they were headed all along - app reporting only.

It’s step 4 under “preparation”.

I read that too. However on the same page it says:

“Data must be input while at the store or within 2 hours at the latest”

I wonder if they will still accept the shop if it’s done on their web site and within two hours. The two statements are a bit different.

They might accept it. I agree. It says two different things on the very same page. The scheduler told me a couple of weeks ago that they are moving everything to the app very soon, so it's best to get used to doing it on the app.
I had two today and I completed the first one in the parking lot using their app. I bought ice cream on the second shop so I returned home to do that on my PC using their website and I was within the 2 hour time limit. I guess as long as I can complete them on the website, I will continue to do so as long as I can get it done within 2 hours. I hope they don’t make the app mandatory.
