Ipsos/Shopmetrics/Sassie is not offering incentives for shops.

I have been trying to get gas station shops that I had doing on Maritz and that were moved to Sassie and Shopmetrics. I sent in bundles to scheduler that were listed as too which they were or no answer or denied.
I got this answer first ‘Thanks for letting me know. I will have to find someone closer” and the best answer I got back was this from KSS that was listed as point of contact “Unfortunately we no longer do bundles and we cannot go above the posted pay.”
I guess it is time to find another side hustle

This is a new move for a lot of these shops so the schedulers and companies might be holding back to see what happens. They might reach some new shoppers on these platforms and not have to bonus as much. This is the new game of chicken, at what point will shoppers take the job.

ugh. this is what i feared. the move looks like it will be disastrous. eventually they will have to start bonusing, but it will never be what it was. they have a middle man(kss) scheduling. ipsos is already paying the middle man, and the middle men job is to get everything assigned for as little as possible. if ipsos itself was assigning, my guess is they’d have more money to offer, meaning fairer pay for us. i’m sure kss are nice people by the way... i’ve interacted with Pete, and he seems like a great dude. i’m just looking at this from a money perspective which always takes priority.

Just look at all of the bank shops that are just sitting there. The new shoppers on this platform will hate the yellow and white gas stations.

The gas station shops are a huge learning curve for new shoppers. The MSC will be better off paying the bonuses to experienced shoppers.

At least they responded to you. KSS just erased my apps, after emailing me with their desperate need for gas station shops in my area next week.....!!! I asked what the Sam Hill is going on....crickets.

do you guys think they will able to get them assigned at base fee? personally i’m not going to waver. $12.50 in 2021 is way too little to offer us. i selfishly hope many people feel the same way i do. bonuses were always done in increments before but you could always get them earlier by requesting. everything is going to be stricter now.

oh they definitely won’t go lower than $12.50 plus the $5 for gas(i don’t count the product purchase). that’s just already way too low in my opinion. i do know there are plenty of shoppers willing to do it for that fee, but i’m sure there’s a large chunk like me who aren’t.

It also depends a great deal on the client.

I'm doing 8 gas stations all quite nicely bonused, but a round trip of 500 miles.

I'm thinking many shoppers can't take off from regular jobs for 2 or 3 days on the road, that far from home.

These are new shops for me, never did one before.

I'm pretty sure they can go a lot lower. Another prominent MSC with gas station shops pays about half that, requires purchases and does not reimburse at all. They rarely bonus and, when they do, very little. Somebody is taking their jobs, though. They get done.

Has anyone seen the Yellow Gas Station Shops that Maritz use to schedule around this time of year? I got an email saying they would be moving them, but lost track of where they went.

To IPSOS; I just did one for KSS. I think I mean "through" KSS, not "for", LOL!!!

Not yet, but I am not worried about them showing up eventually.
Yellows could be starting their P1 a little later this year (Mon 1/17, maybe?) because their P3 in 2020 ended a little later than normal. Yellow being a 3-time a year shop as opposed to blue being 4-time a year could mean yellow has a different approach to their start date for the year.

Incentives? Who needs monetary incentives? There are cartoon characters all over the website! They even help explain shop instructions. That's the only incentive I need! So worth all the work to see those charming little characters! *eye roll*

Seriously though, if I ever come face to face with Fast Freddy I might just have to slap the taste out of his mouth just because his entire existance is indicative of the MSC's opinion that we are simple children who cannot understand instructions without being taught by their version of Teletubbies. They could take all the money they spend on being "Cute" and just pay us fair fees. Sorry for the rant. Hate that guy and all he represents!

They won't let me take the bank shops. I'm begging and they're clearing my applications without assigning within MINUTES of applying.

if they want to do something cute they should call him filter freddy. a picture of his dopey smiling face holding a filter. his gimmick would be that he fixes filters. actually freddy filter has a better ring to it.

Did anyone else have the blue gas stations disappear off the job board? I now only see the ones that in the past have been monthly locations.

Just found out their darkness eligible gas station shops no longer have a premium. So whether you do it daytime or darkness you're getting the same fee.

The recent yellow posting shows some sites to be darkness eligible at no extra fee.

Tony, the scheduler. Emailed him when I didn't see it on the ones that I have been assigned and he confirmed they are no longer providing the extra for doing it at darkness when it is darkness eligible.

I just did one that had 24 dispensers that I had to take pictures of and it took forever as they were busy. I will not do that one again for 12.50

Advice for whomever wants it: Google the station you're considering to see how big it is, then decide if the pay meets your needs. I might consider a 4-6 pump station, near home, at base pay. A 16-24 pump station? Nope. I'll just wave and smile at it when I drive by.

I have several of them I did in routes Yellow, XX, Dino. I have always been able to bid for these out of the way shops but no more if KSS has there way. I am not seeing but one shop on Old Maritz. I have not found Dino shops on any of their platforms. I am finding that XX and Yellow in AZ, CO, NM shops are being rebranded to MPC.
