Is there an app you can use for Ipsos sassie side

I assume the I Shop For Ipsos app has both Shopmetrics and Sassie shops, but maybe I'm wrong....
No. The app is only for Shopmetrics. There is no app for the Sassie shops.
I used the Sassie app today for three shops. I logged in to Sassie on my phone and then selected put on home page and hit it and it was there. I did have some problems with it as it kept deleting all my answers. I would answer a few questions and then page down to hit save for later and then begin again. It was so and tedious but it finally got done.
I did the same thing today. It's not an app but not too bad either and I find it faster to snap pictures of receipts and upload them directly via my phone. Bit ctalbert is right, it's very unstable so save often. Though it seems to keep the photos already uploaded, just loses all the answers.
So that's the mobile version of the website, right? Not actually an app that stands alone, has a separate icon and is downloaded from the store? I have been using the web version and had the same problems where it would shut down. The problems may have had to do with the browser (firefox, which has been riddled with flaws since its most recent redesign). When using the phone's native browser (android, google?) I had narry a problem.
I guess I am unclear what an app is exactly. Does it have to be downloaded from the app site? I guess since I have the picture on my phone that goes exactly to Sassie i considered it an app.
Yes, the app has to be downloaded from the app store. It is not the same as using the mobile-friendly website through your phone's browser.
I have been using the website on my phone (android chrome browser). I started taking the pics and then uploading them after, but yesterday tried taking the pics as i went. Much slower than the maritz app but wasn't unstable at all. I did a blue in about 30 minutes and a yellow (big 24 pump) in about 50 minutes. Not great for the base rate. These are definitely dropping on my priority list.
are blue reports taking longer for you guys with sassie than it did with maritz? how much longer?
Using the Ipsos mobile site is much, much slower and less efficient than the Maritz app or website. Maritz worked so well and was very user-friendly.

ugh. what about the ipsos regular website... is that much much slower too?
No, Ipsos regular website is fine but there are very few places to go nowadays where I can do the report on my laptop before moving on to the next station. I get muddled if I don't do the report before the next shop. Alas, the Maritz platform was quick and easy.
Each individual photo upload has way more steps on Sassie. 1. Browse (seperate window opens), 2. select file, 3. press upload button, 4. wait.
The buttons are extremely small. Not user friendly at all.
