ACL's New Clarity Site

Has anyone used it to file a report yet?

I don't care for the color scheme and there are some issues displaying everything correctly when I use Chrome at 100% zoom, but I like some of the changes.

It does not look like a professional site. Too much blank white space, and that RED! If they changed the font a bit, toned down the red to a less jarring shade, and maybe added a stripe down the right side in the same color but only half as wide, it would look worlds better.
I did my 3rd report on Clarity today. I did not have to sign up for anything. The reporting format was flawless. I would have appreciated a heads up for the change though.

Had trouble with a recorded call on the site. Also know that the recordings no longer keep date and time!
I applied for a shop that could not be self-assigned. The Clarity site showed I applied for the shop. The next day, I could not see that shop at all or any available shop. Now, I see everything again.
I did my first report on it a couple of days ago. I think its easier to upload photos and label them.
I'm not able to see any open shops anywhere, including multiple large cities. At first, it was just on the mobile site, but now it's that way from my desktop too.

Happily shopping the Pacific Northwest. Shopping since 2013 smiling smiley
No problems here except that the site seems slow to load/reload.

I upload all of my photos at once. I like that Clarity does not time out during the upload and the upload is a bit faster. I also like that the receipts are uploaded separately from the pictures.

I found them to be very responsive so I must compliment ACL on that. I gave feedback on the new site and they not only answered me with a personal note but they told me they are making changes. If you have specific feedback for them do not hesitate to let them know.

I used their online chat feature for the first time today. It worked great. Then, I emailed my scheduler and she responded and helped me promptly. Loved it!
Has anyone found a way to display shops in a LIST rather than the boxes with additional details? I want to be able to see a more condensed list of Client Name and Location. Way too much scrolling...
OK. There is a problem. The editor for one of my shops sent me an email yesterday that she sent me a message. On the old site, I would have been able to see the message once I logged in. On the new site, I could not find the message anywhere. The editor emailed me directly this morning what she wanted after I emailed her about the problem, but it was stressful before she responded.

I've done three shops already on the new platform. Doing the reports are fine. Photo uploads are a bit quicker, but they should populate the descriptions with the file names.

As far as finding shops, it's MUCH more laborious. In the old listing, it was just a few lines and you could see lots of shops per screen. Now, you basically only see two shops per screen, so there do much scrolling that it makes it difficult to see jobs quickly. Way to much white space.

I wonder if the issue in CA is the terrible Independent Contractor law they passed - AB 5. Companies my just opt out of doing Mystery shopping because lawmakers don't' have a clue of what their unintended consequences are.

The "find shops" show up for me now. (They didn't at first.) I definitely agree that the formatting of those is weird and worse! I do like that the reports autosave now, including the disclaimer. The photos seem to upload to the report more quickly for me too.

i found if you were looking up shops with one set of criteria and you scrolled over to page 3 of the list, if you reset the criteria but there aren't three pages of shops to list, it will look like there are not any available. Make sure to go back to page one of the list before changing the search crieria.
I just applied for a shop and immediately it said it was assigned to someone else so i went in and waitlisted myself for three dates on the same shop that were already taken. Then i shifted to look at my assigned ones and found I did have that shop and that must be why it now said I could waitlist...because I assume I could waitlist for my own shop.
I looked for chat on the lower right corner and never found it. How do I get in touch these days? Or is there a trick to find chat? I clicked on home page and every other page and nothing popped up. This is my first time using Clarity.
Edited to report that I found a link to send a message to the scheduler but it is only available if you already have a shop but still do not know where to find chat.

None of my photos would upload yesterday. I had to email them in.

Thanks, found it but it is awkward to switch from one site to the other. My computer would not open the acl site while I had the clarity site open. just kept opening a new clarity site each time I typed in the url. My computer is just too smart for itself. So I had to remember all the details of the shop I had questions for. The guidelines for my new shop were vague and did not address such issues as...did both entrees need to be different, can you order additional items up to the $$ limit and get reimbursed, can I order from entire menu since my location has a combo menu of the two restaurants the client owns or do i just order the chicken stuff since I have the chicken shop. If anyone knows these answers please respond but I will ask chat during the week.
