Marketforce payment for shops completed in Dec 2020

MF seems to be running late getting payments out even though their website says payments went out on Jan 22nd. Nothing yet in the bank deposit.

Blkstorm, what is the phone number? I emailed them more than 3 hours ago and I have had no response.
Nothing here yet, either. The shops do show up in my paid history in my MF account, but nothing in my bank account yet.
I emailed them at the help desk as well, about 2 hours ago, no response yet. I tried calling their corporate number at 800-669-9939. The voice prompt gives you several options, none of which are for payroll. So I clicked on all of them to see if I could get at least one of them to be a live person who could connect me to payroll....Nope....all the connections were just further voice prompts to leave a message. Very frustrating. But at least I'm not the only one who hasn't gotten paid, so they obviously still have a large problem on their hands. Hope it's resolved soon!
This seems to be a common problem with them. I am a lawyer and investing this crime if payment is not made

Yeah, crickets here, too.

$60 may not seem like much money to y'all, but it's enough to get me through the end of the month.

Can't imagine a real lawyer calling themselves 'imalawyer.' smiling smiley I'm also curious what crime you think they've committed? They almost always pay within the same 5 day range and they typically are late in January, probably due to year end. I've worked for them for 19 years and they have never not paid.
This is the message I got from MF today.

“We are working with our accounting department regarding the direct deposit issue. This has not happened before and we are just as upset as you are. We will update you as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.”

Business day is over here on the East Coast and nothing yet. So much for "26th at the latest."

Naturally, I did more work for them in December than I'd ever done before. *sigh*
I don’t know why. They really should. I still have 30 shops scheduled but will continue to reschedule until payment is complete.

I just checked my history page and it showed an DD today.. However, I did not have a chance to call my bank today
Trust me I understand! No matter the amount I need it to roll more shops and recoup the money I spent last month.
It's January 27th...no deposit at all yet. Did the payments go out like you said or promised?
All - Thank you for your patience and we do apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately the bank never alerted us that there was a problem which is why you received the conflicting messages. Everything is confirmed processed as of this morning so you should see your deposits rolling in according to your bank schedule. yes, I would like the MarketForce phone number too.....does anyone know how to contact them?
My bank's website shows a Pending deposit for the exact amount as what Marketforce owes me.

DD finally arrived this morning! It sure takes them a long time to get these deposits out and MF is so inconsistent.
