What is "The Source" rotation period?

Can someone tell me how long the "rotation" period is for a certain brand of printer ink via The Source (a.k.a. MSI, Trendsource)? I did a job on 9/15/2020 at a big box store and The Source is telling me I am not eligible again due to rotation restrictions. Geez, it's been over 4 months!

It varies according to the program.

You can reach out to a scheduler and ask; they can waive the rotation. Unless, of course, you were outed when you did the shop.

The ink shop requires to sit out the following period. You can't do them back-to-back whether it's quarterly or monthly.
I understand a rotation for a short period of time. But there have been locations that I have not done for MORE THAN SIX MONTHS that say I am ineligible due to rotation. When that happens, I call and leave a message for the scheduler, telling her what locations I'd like to do, and I usually get them within a few hours of leaving my message.
guysmom, I will try contacting a scheduler if I can figure out who one might be. I have no idea who is a scheduler because the job board does not identify one. I sent a detailed email to the help desk asking for an explanation of "rotation" for the ink jobs but I never heard back.
Nicole with Trendsource just sent me a couple texts this week from 619-752-1912 but I'm not sure if she does the ink shops.

Dandy, you can try the number that ^^^ wrosie ^^^ gave or try this switchboard number: 619-718-7467. When the voice prompt asks if you know the extension, press 105. Then you will need to leave a voicemail with the Shop ID(s) of the locations you want, and who you are and your Rep ID. That's how I always get my shops assigned when there seem to be rotation issues but it's been several months since I've done a particular location. Good luck!
I've had the same problem. I use the contact feature on the web page. I include the job number and got them assigned.

After seeing the same job twice and I was still in rotation violation, I realized there was a glitch somewhere.
