GBW eliminating texts

How do I turn off texts with GBW? Can't find the option on their website, and asking them nicely to stop texting me about audits is not working.

Blocking the number on your cell phone should work.

I wrote in to the help desk.

If you reply to the text with simply "STOP" you will get a response from them acknowledging the request. And the texts will then stop. I figured this out over the weekend!

Tried that. It didn't work.

It worked for me, and am I glad!!!

I got an email response to my help desk request. It said:

"Sorry to inform the database was generated based on the active shopper list. Just checking if you are interested to participate in [company name removed] Audit?"

AARRGGH!

I stopped them simply by moving my cell phone to the home phone option and leaving the cell phone blank on the profile.
