Yeah, it was working just fine. Now, after a whole month or so goes by, we are still awaiting pay.
This is a 60-day pay company. Read the terms. You do the shop in January, cleared for pay in February, and pay in March.

Never had that experience with them...like clockwork...shop in January, paid the end of February.
I also was wondering about Alta 360. I was paid in January for work done in August and early September.....no reason why...I think it was just cash flow...which probably has NOT gotten better!

Me too!
They switched to paypal, stating that "this was what shoppers said they wanted". I certainly wasn't asked! That said, I haven't had any major issues getting paid. I do accept all shops thru their "home" portal, however - I don't used Gigspot or any "secondary" portal to accept shops.

Alta360 doesn't take three months to pay. If you do a shop in February you get paid at the END of March simple as that. They pay. Use them as "fillers" to cover your gas and food expenses while on a route. It is not hard to get a hold of them. I have called and talked to them on the phone and via email. They do pay slower than most of my other companies but they will always pay. This is a game of numbers. Small numbers add up to a nice bonus at the end of the month. Some months I earn zero, some 7, and other times 150-200. But everything adds up and I've been working for them for 3 years. You guys are so disparaging.
