Ipsos shopmetric site down?

It is definitely down....no orange Home Improvement shops shall I enter! I hope they don't refuse the shops a day late ( or more!).

It's OK. Their Shopmetrics site is NOT down.

When you and others were previously saying the website was down, I tried to log in.

If I tried to access the Shopmetrics site through IPSOS' USA shopper portal at [www.ishopforipsos.com], then the website was not working. I also tried the shopper portals for other (non_USA) territories. They, too, were not working.

However, if I bypassed the USA portal and instead went directly to the Shopmetrics site (or the SASSIE site, for that matter), it worked just fine.

Now, the USA shopper portal is fixed.

I have been unable to connect on computer but can on my phone. Go figure?
