MF Tax Shop Reimbursement

I did a tax preparation shop for Market Force last month. There was a fee and a decent reimbursement. The direct deposit hit my account today, but I was not paid for the tax shop (it was approved).

Anyone know what's going on? This was my first time doing this shop with MF.

Is your log showing paid? Might get next payday.

According to the website, the fee was paid and part of the reimbursement. The pending payments show it as pending along with other other February shops.

There was a disclaimer on the site earlier (or maybe on the CPI) that SOME payments/reimbursements might not be paid until the following pay cycle, due to the client requirements.

Thanks cease, I didn't see that. I thought I was only getting reimbursed for the card and not the tax prep.

I emailed the Help Desk about my missing reimbursement. I fully expected a reply stating that they were only reimbursing for the card. Instead, they apologized and sent confirmation that they sent the full payment.

I am very happy with them!
