Unfortunately yes. Be careful of them. Recently, this month they gave you a deficient phone number to record your pre visit call. You call the number and it goes thru, but then they say the call was not recorded AFTER you complete the shop for them. So they deny payment. I know they have been legit in the past. Wondering why they changed now. Just be careful. If you do the shop make sure they check the call first, although their other direction is You must do the shop the same day, so if they ignore your email you are on your own for being denied. Sadly.
