I had a car shop canceled on Wednesday evening. I was supposed to go on Thursday. On the surface, that sounds alright, but in reality, the shop began on Wednesday morning because I had to research the dealer's website, call and speak to a salesperson, and schedule a visit for Thursday (appointment only). My objection is that they required that I begin the shop before they canceled it. I think I should at least be entitled to (maybe) $5 for the work that I did. Then they had the gall to write and ask me to do other car shops. I asked why I should trust them. No response.
