Market Force - Inquiring Minds

Hi everyone...hope you are enjoying your weekend! If you shop for both divisions of Market Force, I'm interested in preferred method of communication. As most of you know, the MS portal only uses email via the help desk - the merch and theatre side has email, but the preferred method is the message board.

That said, do you have a preferred method - Email or Message Board? Feel free to drop a comment. Thanks!

I've done the movie MF shops and the burger shops. I always prefer email.

Say what...you didn't know - contact us - send message! We don't have it on the MS portal, but for the theatre/merch work it's the most used method as we don't have a standard help desk "mailbox." Just phone or message board.
I did a couple assignments for you, but I felt like a total catastrophic failure, so didn't try any more.

Sure thought the pay was fair, and quick.

But I like doing my job thoroughly, correctly, and on time. But when I'm supposed to audit/stock something, and the only employee in the whole store says they've never carried that item, don't want it, haven't got it, didn't order it....well, I guess I just don't deal well with stuff that just doesn't go as it's supposed to. I didn't like feeling like an incompetent ass!
It generally takes an email to get a reply from me. I do not have time to visit message boards.
Thanks for the feedback so far. I'm specifically referencing inquiring with questions about upcoming assignments or other inquiries.
I would like to add that when I e-mailed you, I got quick replies and a great amount of help.

My failure at merchandising was totally due to me.

I use email on the MS side but, always use the message board on the other.
