Tidesmart Insights (formerly Confidential Consumer) pay policy

Has anyone noticed the MSC agreement states the evaluator will get paid "..in a timely manner.." without saying what they think a timely manner is? This is not helpful in forecasting future income - has anyone worked with them long enough to know how long it takes to be paid by them.

Just tried the Facebook link on my shopper page, looking for contact information. That link is broken. The twitter account you are urged to follow does not exist. The Tidesmart page I did find on Facebook does not mention consumer metrics in any way.. Not sure what all this means. Maybe Tidesmart Insights is quitting the mystery shopping side?

I got paid on 12/7 for a shop I completed on 10/16 but that was before the name change.

They're reliably 30 to 45 days.

Thank you all for your replies. I did get a reply from the company that they usually pay within 30 to 60 days,
