App use Ipsos Gas Stations

When I did these for MaritzCX (pre-COVID), it was done on their app, CX Onsite. Are they still done using an app while you at the station, or are they back to taking photos and later inserting them in the form?

With the new company, two gas brands that I do for them can be done on the Mobi Audit app, and one can be done on the mobile website (which is slow and inefficient). They do not have to be done on-site. If you prefer, you can do them later on a computer. The Maritz app no longer exists.

Oh, thanks. The Mobi app should be okay, although I’ve never used it. I absolutely DON’T want to do them later on a computer, which to me is a horrible experience with 50+ photos. Is the Mobi app as easy to use as the MaritzCX or the GoSpotCheck?

The Mobi app works very, very well - as well as the Maritz app did. Even in remote, rural areas it is fast and flawless.

You can use the Mobi app for shops that are on Shopmetrics, and it works great. For the shops that are on Sassie, you can try to use Sassie on your mobile browser. It will work, and it is better than doing it later, IMO. However, it will be slow and a PITA. And not the tasty sandwich type of PITA.

The jury is out on Sassie gas brands. Some of us prefer the PITA situation of using sassie on site. Others prefer the PITA of waiting until going home to upload photos and finish shops. Both a PITA. I prefer the former.

On Sassie, I save the survey part on my phone on-site, and add the photos later on my laptop since the photos do not load quickly enough to do it on-site. If these shops were available on Shopmetrics, they would probably not have to pay so much since they would go much more quickly.
